Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Arizona. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fees:

  • Guest Amenity Fees of $25 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
    • $10 Daily F&B Credit
    • Complimentary full access to EOS Fitness Club ($20 value)
    • 15% off all services at Perry Monge Salon & Day Spa
    • Complimentary upgraded WiFi Speed
    • Complimentary Printing, Copying and Faxing Services
    • Unlimited Local and Long Distance Phone Calls

Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service available at the Front Desk from 6:00a.m. - 10:00a.m. or a coffee maker can be provided upon request.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a "Kimpton Get Up + Go" playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • Our on property Spa is open by appointment only

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is currently suspended. The closest self-parking option is located in the CityScape East parking garage. Their parking fees begin at $29 per night.
  • Self-Parking is available for $28 per 24 hours with complimentary in and out privileges by paying through the hotel.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Our team will check in daily via text to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at 480-757-5891 to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Grab and Go items are available for purchase daily from Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails. Place an order ahead of time or stop by the restaurant to order with a host.
  • Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails is open for both dine-in and pick-up. View Hours and Menu.
  • Lustre Rooftop Bar is open with limited hours Friday – Sunday, for poolside and sun deck dine in service. View Hours and Menus.

In-Room Dining:

Fitness Center:

  • Guests of Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix receive complimentary full access to EOS Fitness.

Pool and Cabana Availability:

  • Our pool is open. To maximize access while maintaining distancing guidelines, availability is limited. Visit the front desk for pool reservations or additional information. View our pool hours.
  • Pool Cabanas are available for rent with social distancing guidelines in place. Reserve a cabana by calling the Front Desk or text us 480-757-5891.

Other Services:

  • In-House Bell + Valet services are not currently available
